Why Change a Good Thing Miele???
After owning our Miele Cat and Dog Vacuum (blue) for years and absolutely loving everything about it, it was a no brainer that when it finally died on us we would buy another. The old Miele took a whopping from my family of 6 (4 youth sons) with 4 pets and it stood strong. Only after years of abuse did we need to replace, hose, electronic handle and turbo head otherwise it held up extremely well. It was a sad day when we realised, it’s time had come. Argh! Oh, time for a new Miele!! We visited several stores and Lo and behold immediately noticed no more electronic handle. Why???? No!!!! Everything else seemed to tick the boxes and no other vacuum compared. We knew and loved this brand so brought the Miele Complete C3 Cat & Dog Vacuum Cleaner, Autumn Red. When it arrived we eagerly ... When it arrived we eagerly unpacked it and put it to the test. Dropping the electronic handle is the biggest fail right there, we all loved this particular part for its convenience and ease of controlling the vacuum. The telescopic tubes are clunky and feel awkward when adjusting or removing to use the smaller attachments for cleaning upholstery, drapes etc, that’s where it drops of for me. The power is superb and everything else remains at the high standards one would expect with Miele. Removing the electronic handle and changing the telescopic tubing we can only assume was because there were too many issues? Other than that, bite the bullet and readjust to the new changes. Let’s hope this new vacuum stands the test of time like our old one.

Best vacuum I've ever used
Brilliant vacuum, easy to use, it really cleans! The turbo head has made old worn carpet look good again. Having the accessories on-board makes life much easier. Very high quality and robust, I almost enjoy vacuuming
