The seller had to cancel this order because for some reason the item was no longer in the warehouse. The seller notified us and refunded the payment promptly. But ebay has no special software feature to handle feedback on orders cancelled by the vendor for whatever reason. Ebay could slug in "order cancelled by seller" automatically into a seller's feedback. Instead, we keep getting emails from ebay demanding feedback. It starts with "Did This Item Arrive on Time?" So Seller 5 stars Ebay 1 star.

Wrong color item was sent, and correct color was not available, so seller agreed to accept item back even tho she had had a "no return" policy. Ebay eventually refunded my money.
