Elegoo has the best support when it comes to the product and services they offer. I recently bought two of their product. The Elegoo Neptune 4 Plus and Elegoo Saturn 2 MSL Printer. When i first assembled and printed on Neptune 4 Plus, I immediately hit the goo. Try and try again. Until i decided to contact the Elegoo support team.
