If you power wash much this should be in your parts box.
If your hose breaks in the middle you should just buy a new hose, But if it fails near an end this tool will make a permanent repair and can be unscrewed and used over again when the patched hose finally wears out. You need a bench vise secured to a table to complete this. The ferrule screws over the outer hose by hand counter-clockwise and the center piece should be started by hand (normal right hand thread). But will need to clamp the ferrule to finish tightening the center piece. A must have for high psi pressure washers
Please stop replacing your good pressure washer hoses when you can repair them for just a fraction of the cost. This product has already saved me hundreds of dollars and I only repaired 2 hoses. I highly recommend this product to anyone who may own a high psi pressure washer. It is just as reliable or better than any factory hose end and only takes minutes to install.

Saved my hose
So I heard that this item can help rebuild a broken pressure hose, decided to try it out. I have a hose that ripped at the connection and I didn’t want to throw it away since new ones go for $130 plus. The only thing I wished I had done was ordered a swivel connector, I had to twist the entire hose while I was screwing the hose back into the reel.
