Disney's "Brave"
I thought it was a great kid's movie. It touched a lot on Family Relationships, learning to take responsibilty for your own actions and speaking up for yourself about what you really want and not always letting your parents speak for you. It had a lot of good lessons in it and it would bring about a great discussion so parents could really "Ask" and really "Hear" how their children think and feel. In my book it gets a AAA rating! MariI thought it was a great kid's movie. Not authentic
It's not an authentic Disney movie. It's a very good bootleg. There was no factory seals on the edges of the DVD and it was a cheap plastic case with no inserts. The movie does play and looks decent. You get what you pay for.

Different colorful, and fun. Worth buying in my opinion
This IS a good movie. I was not sure what to expect, but had high expectations. I will say it was not as good as I had hoped, but I am still happy with it. The animation/computer graphics are great, the characters are interesting and fun, and the movie has a great story. It is a little bit of a bunch of other Disney movies wrapped up into one. I will not spoil the movie for others who have not seen it, so I will just state a few facts. The movie is about a young girl Merridia, a beautiful red headed princess that has parents wanting her to get married and grow up like they are taught to do. She has other ideas and is a tom-boy sort of girl who wants her freedom. Instead of butting heads with her dad, this movie has her and her mother at war a bit. A heroic journey
My daughters love the film. The plot is intriguing when Merida's (the medieval heroine with flaming red hair) mother is turned into a bear. My elder daughter (of Scottish origin) was able to visualize how the castles look in Scotland.
