This unit could be regarded as a good basic learning by doing introduction to solar power operation. It is much better to learn through trial and error on a basic system like this than to invest in an expensive system that may not perform as promised. Instructions would help. PWM controllers are second best, but cheap, so next step after learning on this is to buy a MTTP. All components worked.

The item delivered was inferior to the one displayed .... this is the second time I have experienced this with this same solar panel by two apparently different suppliers ... both times the same Solar Panel was replace by the same inferior item ... added to this the poor rating of this supplier (which I failed to check to my loss) I have to wonder whether this is part of an ongoing scam which depends on busy people accepting the inferior product.
