Too dry
Have to press too firm to produce the colour which is uncomfortable. Doesn’t glide on smoothly. Looks patchy. I have dry skin which is probably not helping, so maybe a primer is required, so, directions on how to successfully apply this eyeliner is necessary. Wasn’t cheap so it is very disappointing.
