Fairly precise and easy to use.
If you use it with 3 test setting it’s fairly precise, you can induce some error depending on how tight you have strapped it. But ideally it should be tight enough to grip your arm well. The only deal is with replacing the batteries but not much of an issue.

Doesn't consistently turn on, but when it does, it's nice to have!
Under "do you recommend it' I would put "Maybe". For some reason, every time I want to use it, it doesn't wake up when you pull out the cuff. I have to pop the battery cover for it to power on. If it really would wake up, I would be much happier with this!
