I shipped the same item ordered except it had 3 more feather hackle pads, same color, same components except there were more hacklepads because I did not have the one ordered. The one shipped was an upgrade and difference in cost, ordered $6.49, one shipped was $24.95. Offered to have her return the item. I only have1 day to ship and if I don't get ahold of customer, then I get a ding from ebay because I did not ship it within one day so not enough time for reply from customer.
