It was in an undersized Harbor Freight box and the floor mount tabs had ripped the thin box apart exposing the item. It was absolutely filthy, rusty, and full of spider webs. It was NOT the pristine one in the ad, It took me an hour to clean it and degunk. The only saving grace was that the motors did operate. I have now placed rust treatment to stop an further damage until I prep for paint and regrease.
