However, your dog might be different. There’s a good grip with the carpet on the steps and it’s very easily start away, I recommend these people and have work with me to help me with this item that I’m cannot use

    Decent, but I should make my own

    It's lightweight plastic, but it is fairly solid with only a slight wobble. I can lift the entire unit with my pinky, yet it holds together. Yet neither of our 2 dogs (1 tiny/1 small-medium) have used it, even though we have "begged them" to do so. I think they don't want to use the stairs because the surface is merely 4 1/2" deep, and the angle of the steps also seems too quite steep.
