    This product was defective. There are no battery contacts in the bottom of the compartment so the device can’t possibly work. The batteries just float in the compartment. I asked for help from the vendor and they simply said there was no problem because they hadn’t had a problem before, which is ridiculous. Photos are included, where the problem is clearly visible. The seller refused to give a full refund.

    Item is clearly marked no refunds, Due to the sensitive nature of the device it cannot be resold for obvious reasons. These units are built by degreed engineers and the issue mentioned has NEVER happened in 7 years of selling this item. If there was issue with device why wouldn't you ask for a replacement or send it back to be repaired? Instead the buyer asked for a refund which makes it seem he modified device to get a refund on item he knows we cannot accept for return.
