Repair was to replace both joysticks, even though only the left was drifting. Price was great; turnaround time was very fast. But best of all, both sticks are performing like new. Looking at the Accessories app in the Xbox, both joysticks report dead-center while untouched, snap back to the center after released, etc. Everything checks out perfectly! Pro-tip: map joystick clicks to paddles to prolong the new sticks!
