Asked seller a simple question of his/her general location so I would have an idea of arrival. Was sent a generic Google "copy and paste" answer about mail shipping/delivery times. Not helpful at all. Item was as described though. Price was ok for what the item was but feel it could've been less. I mean, how much does a pack of small lock washers really cost.
