    Oxo poultry scissors

    Wish I bought these the first time around instead of a cheaper other brand that were next to useless. These Cut through a whole chicken like butter. Blades unclip for easy cleaning. Excellent! Worth every penny.

    The Rolls Royce of kitchen utensils.

    The best chicken shears I've owned by far, a little more expensive than most but well worth the money. The blades are sharp, the scissor action is precise, and the two parts are so easy to separate and clean, they really don't need to go in the dish washer.
