This was one of the best impulse purchases I made! I saw the great discounted price and couldn't resist. Not only did I get it at an incredible price, but the delivery was so fast that it came the next day in perfect brand new condition and have not had a problem with it since. I have only been using it everyday for 2 months but I've been excited to wake up and make myself a great cup of coffee. I already have the Breville Smart Grinder Pro so the Breville Bambino Plus is the best addition.

Works perfectly and easy to clean and maintain
I have been using the Bambino Plus for 100 days now making two to four capuccinos each day. I like that I can adjust the milk steaming temperture and the level of froth I want. From day one I used a bottomless portafilter and once the grind was dialed in on my Eurkea grinder each cup was as good as the previous one. Having a 3 second warmup time is great when making more than one cup for people. I did buy another metal pitcher that had markings so I could know how much milk was being steamed. The standard pitcher has indentations and the lowest mark results in 6 ounces of oat milk being steamed. I found that 5 ounces was enough for the two 7 oz. capucinnos and did not overflow the pitcher on the first or second steamer setting. One thing that I did not like was the mess from the ... One thing that I did not like was the mess from the self-cleaning cycle of the steamer wand. I started to pour the steamed milk into the two cups of espresso and then rinse out the pitcher and place it under the wand before lowering. This way all the water spray is contained by the pitcher and easily dumped into the sink. With the right espresso grind all I do is adjust the timing to get 18-19 grams of grind into the portafilter. I also found that using a LuxHaus calibrated tamper made a great deal of difference in getting good consistent espresso through the bottomless portafilter. I am using a bottomless portafilter as it provides better crema than the one that comes with the Bambino espresso machine. For best results invest in a true espresso grinder and a bottomless portafilter and a calibrated tamper.

Very satisfied we are used to great coffee from our BES 920 dual boiler. This machine compares favourably and produces great coffee’s simply. Do have to get used to auto purge so as not to overflow the tray!

Light weight small footprint great coffee
After familiarising myself with the automatic's purge suctions I no longer flooded the kitchen! Very impressed with the quality of coffee produced operation is quite simple and transition from shot to steaming and back to shots was not noticeable. I am very happy with my purchase it will function perfectly in my holiday house and caravan.
