I ‘m looking forward to receiving this item to use on one of my acoustic guitars . The purchasing experience was pretty normal for an online purchase, but I haven’t received the purchased item yet. Delay of delivery may be postal service issue but so far is only concern .I ordered item January 1st and it hasn’t been delivered as of January 14th. Is this typical ??

this is total junk ! it will not fit on any guitar neck and is very poorly made it wont even fit on a ukulele do NOT buy this ! it is not worth a penny it will not work on any instrument it is a complete and total rip off !!!!

Bad fit
Bought it to use on an acoustic guitar, bad fit. Capo spring way too tight, the curve to fit the neck too small, looks to be a better fit on a ukalale

Hamilton 12 string guitar capo
Very disappointed in with what is being sold for 12 string guitar capos. I liked the swinging arm of this Hamilton Capo from the standpoint that it is held from both ends of the bar. Unfortunately it buzzes even on the third fret on both my Gibson and Ovation 12 string guitars. Because it is not adjustable you are out of luck unless you make modifications to it that most people will not do. I actually had to file the slot in the bar holder as it was poorly machined and would not open or close out of the box. So it is almost as the bad as the Snub 12 string Capo I bought. Not quite as bad as it can be modified to work. The key is the right cushion material over the strings to get all the E strings held like your index finger can. I currently have one more brand on order that has a tension ... Very disappointed in with what is being sold for 12 string guitar capos. Best Capo
I have a had a Hamilton KB19A capo for over thirty years. It is the best functioning capo on the market. I use it primarily on my resonator and it is perfect. I only had to get a new one because someone stole my original. Great capo.
