They are advertised as KOYO brand bearings. They definitely are not. No part numbers or stamping on them whatsoever. No factory packaging, two bearings on a piece of cardboard wrapped in plastic wrap. I should have just gotten a refund but I needed to get my sons bike back together after waiting for the bearings. Ran bike for break in as per owners manual for bike and bearings locked up after two races. Not happy, don’t waste your money

Item was advertised as new. It arrived damaged. I contacted the seller and they responded by asking me if the item was still usable and asked if I would accept a partial refund. I responded by asking how much of a partial refund? It has been two weeks and I have sent multiple messages to the seller with no response. I am out of time to order another item so I had to use the damaged part and pay the full price.

I found it laying in my gravel driveway where the delivery guy left it. I was surprised it wasn't in a box. I used to sell Memphis Shades W/S in my shop. They always came in s box. No harm no foul.
