Seller shipped promptly. Box used for mailing was too big and item had room to shift around.
Contacted Bose due to WiFi connectivity issues and despite providing serial number received false information about this music system. I wrongly accused seller of selling a different item from what the description said - my apologies for that.
Reason for neutral feedback is that this unit does not have Bluetooth capability. Would’ve been fair if that fact had been pointed out in the listing.
