For 2820 remove side cover phone side. Two screws, one under front cover and one under rear cover. Remove black gear with spring that has shaft that goes to pickup. Under black gear a white clip that you rotate around anticlockwise to line up to slide shaft out sidewards about 40mm. Unclip lever from bottom pickup. Bending clip a little ease out. Remove screw from side of pickup. Those gears pop out. The small one needs to be levered out from side at 45 deg to slip out. Note alignment marks.
