It is most certainly not 70 % VG and 30 % PG, the taste now ive made a batch using it is more like pure PG or 70 % PG 30 % VG... totally wrong, 70/30 correct mix goes quite thick like a syrup when cold from fridge, this retains its same viscosity as at room temperature so i know its not right. You guys used to be perfect, usually next day or 2 day delivery, and never a wrong formulation. Will be going elsewhere sorry.

However it broke whilst it was in the possession of Royal Mail. I know this bc they had put it into an open bag which was not part of the original packaging. The seller’s response was fantastic-he refunded me immediately with no discussion on the matter. I find him/her to be a very ethical person-I have had other dealings with them.

However, the oil came in a plastic bottle not a glass one like I've had from you before, this was the whole reason that I bought from you again. I don't like to use plastic with all the damage it does. Unfortunately it means I can't use you next time. For other buyers who are happy about plastic bottles, a fast delivery and well protected bottle in the post, then I highly recommend this seller.
