This is great. It needs to be tight to block out all of the light, but the memory foam allows for that so it is not uncomfortable at all. I am still experimenting wearing it, but so far it is great and I recommend it to anyone travelling or on night duty who needs to sleep during the day, or like me, has light sensitivity due to migraines.
