I wouldn't say that the condition was 'excellent' but was 'very good' due to the three large dings on the bottom right side of the frame. However, the device works perfectly. There's no sign any repair being performed on the device which is a plus meaning the phone is still probably IP68 resistant. Overall, I had a great buying experience and shipping was amazon prime fast!

The phone is in a really great condition. However, upon making a first phone call I realized the microphone doesn't work! Sending emails to seller didn't help. I took it for repair and had the faulty microphone replaced for $100. All I wanted is to get reimbursed. Seller didn't help. Ebay didn't help either! It is absolutely not fair to buy a device With an Excellent eBay Refurbished with a bad microphone and not get reimbursed!

They sent me a prepaid print out and I was able to use the same packaging to send back one of the phones. I got my refund when they received their phone back in the mail.
