  • Good old Saturday matinee serials!

Being 61, I can say it's been a long time since I sat in the local movie house on a Saturday afternoon, for the traditional matinee session, featuring 2 cartoons, 2 serial episodes, & 2 movies. Nowadays we are lucky just to see 1 film per session. But those were the good old days! In particular, I loved the cliffhanger serials with their fist fights, car chases, damsels in distress, & apocalyptic endings. You just HAD to go back to the theatre the following week to see how the hero escaped. I remember G-Men Vs the Black Dragon well; it was one of my favourites, & still is! It was great to watch it again, & although dated, was just as exciting as it was when I first saw it. I guess there are somethings you never grow out of. It's great fun & I recommend it to all.

  • I like old ww 2 war movies

I'm a fan of Rod Cammron
