The computer did not seem refurbished. It was practically brand new.I love how you guys threw in the gaming keyboard and mouse. I told my family and friends to definitely buy from here if they want a cpu for dirt cheap. Thank you guys!
- u***2 (6)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseok so I haven't received it yet but I was having problems with the tracking info and the seller was quick to respond and did infact ship it quickly but the downside is it's been about a week and the package is still at the FedEx building and hasn't been moved at all they created a label that's all. so beware that the estimated delivery when you order likely is not correct. Again this is not the seller's fault. This is due to FedEx. Just thought this was worth noting

After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.

I originally purchased an Optiplex 3020 MT, however the listing randomly changed to an SSF without prior notice. I asked the seller if I would still receive the MT I purchased and if not give me a refund. The seller was fast in communicaton and provided a refund. I then purchased this listing and was able to at least get an MT 790. You don't really know what you're buying. Shipping was fast and had good packaging.
