Tout d'abord vous avez été remboursé en totalité donc avant de se plaindre comme un enfant qui n'a pas eu son jouet à Noël vous auriez au moins eu le décence de me contacter par avance... Concernant l'enveloppe trempee... Je suis diot j'ai fais la distribution sous la pluie donc totalement de ma faute biensur... Et le port il faut rajouté le prix du suivi l'enveloppe l'emballage le temps etc etc mais heureusement pour moi vs êtes le deuxième avis négatif sur plus de 1000 ventes
