They worked with me on the price, which was great, but the pictures and description of the item did not mention the numerous dents to the corners of the board. They also didn't pack the box with any insulation. Instead they crammed the board game into a small box that bowed in the middle. It did, however, prevent the board game from moving around. All in all, an okay seller but not one I will work with in the future.
