The neck is too long and does not fit properly with the neck cavity (too thin)..Now i need to make a new template out of this...Otherwise looks nice.

This is not correct. The neck is the perfect length for the 25.5" scale design of this guitar. The neck cavity is made smaller so you can fine sand for a snug fit. Not sure what you are looking at but you should have contacted us for clarification.
