Product was in New Condition. No marks and packed very well. Absolutely gorgeous image. Unfortunately no remote or power chord but a new Genuine Master Series remote was delivered shortly after with power chord.
Sony are destroying their reputation by using DHL. Their selected couriers are the worst I have ever come across.
Their couriers were berating Sony telling me that my TV was still in Sony warehouse while it was on its way to me.

In your website describe the Certified-Refurbished items, the item should be as new and battery life should be 100%; pls have look attached photos, the tv I received scratches everywhere, and the battery already dead. I spend more than Five thousand and received absolutely rubbish. it's very disappointing and I'll ask full refund.
