    Easy to apply, great results.

    So easy to apply, quick and simple. Rinses out in no time. Having white english/ black african parents my hair is frizzy and coarse, this product once hair is blown dry and heat pressed is soft straight and silky. I would recommend using this to anyone.

    Poor quality

    I don't think this product is genuine because its not straightened my hair. The package and tubes inside looks old and the tubes are not sealed. I have used this type of products before so i know what I am talking about. No instructions in English.

    Pretty good

    The product was not sealed (as it was supposed to be) but I believe that it was not adulterated, since it worked pretty well and straightened my hair efficiently. The shipment took a little bit too long, but that was expected already. I recommend the product, since you cannot buy it in the UK unless you are a professional hairdresser.

    Amazing - worked a treat

    I had a perm that was curled very badly by a professional hairdresser. I had tried many products as well as trying to cut the frizzy curls out but the more ways I tried, the worse it looked. I then saw this permanent hair straightener on eBay and decided to give it a try. The instructions were easy to follow and the lotions were easy to apply. The results were amazing. My hair was straight and in superb condition in just over half an hour. I wish I had found the Wella product weeks earlier when I was feeling so disappointed with the permed look. I would definitely recommend the product to anyone who has a similar/same problem.
