very disappointed that the bike showed up with scratches on frame. the seat pole bent the first time i rode it. the goose neck wont tighten properly. the handle bars just keep moving when completely tight. brake cables had to be zip tied. not at all good. i expecteduch better for my expensive purchase

the bike I bought came late and when it arrived the frame was bent probably from the transport over so I took it to the bike shop and had it repaired at my own expense sent the receipt to the dealer they are still asking for photos of the damage which I sent already 3 times I am over it never again
