    I ordered a Unisex Beret Gaucho from the seller. Shipping was fast. According to ebay seller's description, Beret was to be 12.6 inches in diameter.I received a 12 Inch (Kid's Beret size according to website).I sent photos for proof. Seller says perhaps I I can stretch it. It is 100% cotton.Asked to receive the item of 12.6" I ordered.Would not comply.No help from the IT ebay decision desk.Web site says free returns but shipping from US cost $ 224 via DHL or FEDEX & $ 98 via USPS.BE AWARE.

However, as I previously mentioned, we don’t offer children's berets in the color you selected, so it wouldn’t be possible for you to have received a kid's size. Slight variations can happen due to natural materials like 100% cotton. Our eBay listings do not state that we offer free returns. I'm sorry if there was any confusion or misunderstanding regarding that.
