I obtained the figure as was advertised, (brand new, still in the packaging) and it was shipped + delivered very quickly! Being able to choose which figure I bought was definitely worth the slight price increase, considering it was for only a few dollars more than buying a standard blind bag.
The seller was also super kind and reached out to offer assistance for future purchases. ^~^
