Both are in nice shape, and their hair is in fantastic condition. They are exactly as described. The dolls were bagged, wrapped in bubble wrap, and were shipped in a protective plastic mailer. They arrived quickly, too. The price and shipping were nice. I'm very pleased with the dolls and the great service!
