An excellent looking and feeling reproduction, fast shipping and responsive seller. The item did not end up fitting my levers, and the seller worked with me to try to fix the issue. When that didn't work, they provided a refund at my request. I believe this was only an issue with my set of levers/hoods, as the seller demonstrated how they were supposed to fit over video. For that reason, I would have no problem ordering from them in the future.
