The box looks like it's been across country dragged the whole way to my house. All taped up, we don't even know if all the bags are in the box, did some come out? You need to do something about how it's shipped. Especially for food grade bags.

They allowed my return and could have chosen not to due to my blunder. I sent 5-6 emails to them and each time they communicated immediately. No waiting 2 days for an answer. The cordless DeWalt tool I purchased was refurbished and looked absolutely brand new with a new manual. I would definitely recommend CPO Outlets!!!!!
