item was delivered very fast, however when I got it the cord used to connect the tower and monitor was so rusted that it did not work at all so I went and purchased another, the seller did send another cord after sending in a pic of the rusted one, the seller is also very responsive if there's an issue, literally replies in minutes if a message is sent. there was a minor issue with the blue tooth connector but I managed to fix it. overall good purchase my daughter loves the lighted keyboard
