    Packaging/Shipping - Item arrived in pieces (broken). It was a very hurried and sloppy job of packing. It is a breakable item, there was very little packing material to protect the item. They could have wrapped the two pieces separate for better protection.

    Please note the items were packed where both pieces were wrapped separately. I made sure the glass top and the dish itself could not touch one another. I made sure the items did not even move within the box by shaking it. The items could not bang against one another. I can only guess the package was dropped by someone. I asked the buyer to send a picture of the breakage. They have yet to do so.
