My only issue is that it was sent USPS which 1) in our area is less than reliable (outside Atlanta). 2) this is a 8x10" gel plate in a plastic package. The seller never responded to my request to either deliver the item or grant me a refund which I requested a few days after the estimated delivery date. Tracking they gave me for trying to send the item to me was the tracking for someone else's order for a different item. I never received the item. They did change the price in the 3 weeks time from about $90 I paid to about $150 and I believe that's why they never responded to me.
