The item arrived new and in good condition. The seller accurately described it, but the puzzle itself created an extra challenge because the full picture is not on the box cover or on a poster inside. The only full picture is a miniature one on the side of the box, no bigger than a couple of inches. I wouldn't buy a puzzle from this puzzle maker again.
