    Best Wi-Fi adapter for an HP Probook 4540S

    A friend's HP Probook 4540S was experiencing very poor Wi-Fi performance with its stock 1SS 11n QCA adapter. (Constantly reassociating for no reason, even with latest available driver.) Also his Bluetooth didn't work Unfortunately, the HP BIOS is locked, with only a limited set of supported Wi-Fi adapters - of those, the Intel 6235 is by far the best. This unit arrived in perfect condition. It was easy to replace - and once installed, Wi-Fi now works great (150Mbps downstream), and Bluetooth works great too!

    Works fine but discontinued

    It works nice but as a discontinued model needs a bit of tweaking to get the Bluetooth feature working On a Windows 10.
