If the seller refuses, they leave negative feedback. I don’t understand why eBay still allows guest purchases; almost everyone has an eBay account nowadays. That said, even if we were to accept the buyer’s claim, the user 'bur_948579' clearly ordered the wrong part on their own. There is no fault on our side.
