Due to the holidays, it took a while (two weeks) for the pen to be shipped. A bit concerning at first, but once it got shipped, it only took a week and a half to arrive — and I live on the other side of the globe compared to the vendor. I was impressed by that. Very minimal packaging, but it survived the travel. I had a positive experience communicating with the vendor and the product is as per the description. Very pleased overall.
