Unfortunately I did not thoroughly read shipping details, just saw the expedited shipping and made the purchase, and as an end result they were unable to meet my timeline for delivery as I needed the product for a trip. Good .Shipping was good, As described, Asked .if it had been checked before I purchased whether it was grounded and he remarked that the part came from a H. D. dealership and they are known for selling good parts. But did say, that if it is grounded he would send a return slip to me..
