Item was shipped by USPS, and was stuck in New Jersey for a week before it was delivered to me. When I tried to contact the seller about the delay I got no response. What should have arrived in 5 or 6 days took 10. The item was new. But the security chip and metal key holder do not sit inside completely in the key fob shell. The screw provider doesn't screw all the way through. So it is not possible to close the key fob shell at the bottom & have to use tape to keep it closed.

    Flawed product

    The ford key fob programs and fully functions with my F150. What doesn’t work is the release button for the car key itself. The button is constantly jamming, I’ve tried everything possible to get it working. It’s so bad it really makes the fob unusable. I went ahead and bought a new one from the dealership, it works flawlessly. I suggest doing the same.
