Ordered on 2/1. Reached out to seller on 15/1 to say hadn’t received. Seller responded next day to say would chase with Australia Post.
I reached out again on 24/1 and 28/1 requesting a refund. Seller responded on 30/1 apologising as she’d been in hospital and staff had been on leave. Advised she would issue me refund that day and post a heat pack for free that afternoon. Still no refund or heat pack as at 27/2.
