The product is perfect, and the seller met all of its obligations. I have only a very positive view of the seller. The issue I have is with Australia Post. The package was scheduled to be delivered on Mon, 21 Jan. It actually arrived on Mon, 29 Jan. Pathetic service. I tracked the package over the period after 21 Jan and the tracking information was totally useless. It seems the package was stuck in Aust Post at the initial point of delivery in Sth. Aust. No explanation was ever provided.
