Seller has very high marks overall. Buyer should be aware that this particular item - the Yealink sip-t54W shipped WITHOUT the power supply as advertised. In the enclosed Yealink product manual, it lists the power supply as 'optional'. After some back and forth with seller, the seller finally acknowledged absence, and gave a partial refund for the missing power supplies. Item appeared new and in excellent condition. Packaging was excellent. I gave a 4 on description because lacked power supply.

Returned VOIP phones in new condition they were never used. Our phone provider wouldn't activate because wasn't bought directly through them. I agreed to pay return shipping charges. Didn't even complain that they were not as described no power cables were included as described. Now they're trying to commit fraud and state I shipped back a totally different set of used phones. Will be reporting the fraud to credit card company.
