When I first received the battery and found out that it was Defective, after reporting the issue customer service seemed to be a little nonchalant. After going through the inconvenience of having to physically take the battery back to the post office to get it shipped and returned, they sent me a COMPLETLY different battery from the original battery I ordered and the response once again was non-caring saying please ship the battery back and we'll send you another. NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE.
