    Presonus HP2 is pretty awesome

    I got this Presonus HP2 headphone preamp because I was using a Shure PSM200 wireless IEM system and noticed that that stupid limiter was squashing all my audio making it hard to hear my vocals and guitar clearly when the drums and bass came in. This Presonus is crystal clear and very durable. PRO: Stereo mix No limiter Great design The notches on the volume and pan knob make it easy to feel how much you turned up or down. CONS: Would be nice to have a longer mini xlr to dual xlr cable. Too many cables around my feet. Pretty bulky and sometimes slides off my guitar strap You have to remove the belt clip to change the battery which makes it a little tougher if you have to do it fast.

    Never going back to stage monitors
